Description We’re expanding our team within Amazon Operations! Join our team family and contribute to the success of our operations in DWC5!

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee Sort Center activities, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for Sort Center processes
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Lead and motivate associates to achieve performance targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
