Operations Assistant Manager – Yacht Charter

About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Assistant Manager with yacht charter industry experience to support our daily operations. You will ensure smooth charter logistics, vessel readiness, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of yacht charters

Coordinate with captains, crew, and port authorities

Ensure vessels are fully prepared and compliant with safety regulations

Manage operational schedules and charter logistics

Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues

Support the Operations Manager in strategic planning and process improvement

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of operations experience in yacht charter or marine industry

Strong knowledge of yacht operations, safety protocols, and maritime regulations

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple charters simultaneously

Strong communication and coordination skills

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
