Organization- Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head Chef to lead our culinary operations. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional creativity, operational excellence, and proven expertise in i nternational cuisine. The Head Chef will oversee menu creation, kitchen performance, food quality, cost control, and team development, ensuring an exceptional dining experience aligned with the hotel’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3- 5 years of progressive experience in senior culinary leadership roles within luxury lifestyle hotels or high-end, concept-driven restaurants.
• Proven expertise in international cuisine, with the ability to reinterpret global flavors through a contemporary, locally inspired lens.
• Demonstrated passion for innovation, experimentation, and storytelling through food, creating unique dining experiences that reflect the destination’s culture and Andaz’s distinctive style.
• Strong, hands-on leadership approach with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower a diverse culinary team while fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment.
• Deep understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and efficient kitchen operations, balanced with a focus on quality, sustainability, and responsible sourcing.
• Exceptional communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with a natural flair for creativity and attention to detail.
