J&T Express is a fast-growing international logistics and express delivery company with a strong presence across Asia, Europe, and other global markets.

As part of our European expansion, we are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Fleet Management Europe (m/f/d) who wants to develop into a future specialist or management role within our European fleet organization.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or young professionals who are eager to learn, take responsibility, and gain international experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of vehicle procurement, delivery, and fleet asset management across Europe.
• Assist in evaluating and improving vehicle specifications and configurations , including electric vehicles.
• Maintain and analyze fleet data and support the development of standardized vehicle management processes.
• Participate in European fleet projects, digitalization initiatives, and process improvements .
• Work closely with Procurement, Operations, country teams, and our international headquarters.
• Gradually take ownership of your own projects and responsibilities as part of the trainee program.

Your Profile

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive, Engineering, Business Administration , or a comparable field.
• Recent graduates and candidates with first internship or working student experience are welcome.
• Strong interest in fleet management, logistics, vehicles, or mobility .
• Analytical, structured, and proactive working style.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within an international environment.
• Fluent Polish, Chinese, and English are required.
• German or other European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required.
