Job Summary We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to test software applications, identify defects, and ensure products meet functional and performance requirements. The ideal candidate has experience with manual and/or automated testing, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Review business and technical requirements.

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing.

Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.

Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing.

Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers.

Ensure software meets quality, security, and performance standards.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills Manual testing methodologies

Test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

API testing using Postman

SQL and database testing

Bug tracking tools like Jira

Knowledge of SDLC and STLC

Agile/Scrum methodology

Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–5+ years of experience in software testing (depending on the role).

Experience with manual and/or automation testing.

Preferred Skills CI/CD knowledge

Performance testing using Apache JMeter

Version control with Git

Cloud testing experience
