️ What you'll do
As a Manager or Senior Manager within Utilities Capital Projects & Infrastructure, you'll help utilities organizations transform the way they deliver complex capital programs and infrastructure investments. You will work with executive stakeholders to solve strategic challenges, unlock operational excellence, and deliver measurable business value across the asset lifecycle.
Client leadership & value creation
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, capital program leaders, and key stakeholders across the utilities sector
- Shape and deliver large-scale transformation programs focused on capital project delivery, engineering, construction, asset management, and operational excellence
- Translate strategic ambitions into executable programs with measurable business outcomes
- Lead complex engagements across multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, and delivery partners
- Provide guidance on capital project governance, digital transformation, process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and modern delivery models
- Support organizations in addressing key industry challenges including energy transition, network modernization, resilience, sustainability, workforce transformation, and cost optimization
Business development & market growth
- Contribute to business development activities from opportunity identification through proposal development and deal shaping
- Develop innovative value propositions across capital projects, infrastructure transformation, asset-intensive operations, and digital modernization
- Support go-to-market initiatives, client campaigns, and thought leadership activities
- Build strong relationships across Accenture's global network to bring the full breadth of our capabilities to clients
- Identify emerging industry trends and translate them into client opportunities
Practice & people leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, engineers, project professionals, and technology specialists
- Coach and mentor team members while actively contributing to talent development and capability building
- Support the growth of our Utilities and Infrastructure practice through knowledge sharing and market development
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture

What we're looking for
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Asset Management, Economics, or a related field
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering, consulting, or capital project environments
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, infrastructure projects, or strategic initiatives
- Experience engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders and executive leadership
- Proven track record in business development, proposal management, and relationship building
- Experience working in one or more utility sectors such as electricity, gas, water, district heating, renewables, or energy infrastructure
