SALES & FRONT DESK AGENT

Role Overview Join Spartan as a Sales & Front Desk Agent, where your dual focus will be on driving new memberships and providing top-tier customer service. As part of our team in UAE, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, serving as the welcoming face to our members and prospects. Your ability to manage leads, ensure smooth member access, and oversee sales and administration will play a key part in enhancing our members' experience while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert leads, inquiries, walk-ins, and trial participants into paying members.
• Handle all aspects of membership sales and administration, including payments and freezing.
• Administer member check-ins and access control for a seamless front desk experience.
• Schedule and manage class bookings and trial classes for prospective and existing members.
• Provide professional, courteous assistance to members, parents, children, visitors, and prospects entering or contacting Spartan.

Must Have Requirements

• Proven skills and experience in lead management within the sports, gym, or fitness industry.
• Excellent track record in membership sales and growing a member base.
• Solid background in front desk operations, including member check-in and access control.
• Competency in handling class bookings, membership freezing, and membership administration.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience processing payments and administering memberships.
