Work Location: JAFZA, Dubai

Estimated Salary: AED 5K to 6.5K per month + Transport + Medical Insurance for employee + Annual Flight for employee + Visa for employee

Working Week: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunmch break and weekends off.

About the Role

As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating sales order fulfilment, procurement follow-up, and trade/customs documentation within the Stores Department.

Profile Required

5+ years professional experience in Logistics and inventory, warehouse management for an industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas company, ideally having Jebel Ali / JAFZA experience.

Core Technical Skills

• ERP proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) for order processing, inventory, and warehouse management
• Inventory and stock control (cycle counts, shortage/surplus tracking, reorder points)
• Freight and shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin)
• Customs and compliance knowledge (import/export regulations, HS codes, duty/tax processes, attestation requirements)
• Route planning and carrier coordination
• Purchase order management (issuing, tracking receipt status, partial receipts, short-close procedures)
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)
• Data analysis in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic reporting)

Process & Coordination Skills

• Multi-tasking across multiple shipments/orders simultaneously
• Attention to detail for documentation accuracy (critical in customs/compliance work)
• Cross-functional coordination (procurement, warehouse, sales, finance, freight forwarders)
• Vendor and 3PL relationship management
• Clear written communication (emails, status updates, escalation reports)
• Negotiation skills (with carriers, suppliers, customs brokers)
• Experience with Free Zone / bonded warehouse regulations (relevant if based in a free zone like Jebel Ali)
