Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Present vehicles, features, specifications and available options.
• Support customers with product enquiries and vehicle selection.
• Arrange and coordinate test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support sales conversion.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
• Support the sales team in achieving individual and showroom targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

• High School/Diploma.
• 0–2 years' customer service experience.
• Good understanding of automobiles through training or work experience.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented personality.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
