Job description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) to design, develop, and evaluate engaging learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, program evaluation, and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evaluate effective learning and development programs.
  • Create engaging and interactive digital learning content using industry-standard authoring tools.
  • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design principles to develop effective learning solutions.
  • Utilize instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM throughout the learning development process.
  • Conduct program evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Manage instructional design and program development projects independently while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support the continuous improvement of learning programs and instructional materials.
  • Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field from a recognized and approved university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation within a large corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in adult learning theory.
  • Experience with instructional design models and methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience designing and developing interactive learning and training content.
  • Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and learning effectiveness assessment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or Instructional Design certifications are preferred.
