Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, and hardworking Augenoptikermeister/in Shop Manager to join our new Shop opening in Frankfurt.

This individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence. A love for fashion and a level of excellence is a must.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide customers with clear directions and provide all information regarding products and services
  • Understanding of the MOSCOT brand and story and ability to communicate this heritage to the customer
  • Create a memorable MOSCOT Shop experience
  • Collaborate with MOSCOT family members to keep shop tidy and organized.

Communication:

  • Answer and direct phone calls as needed
  • Respond and collaborate with lab and shop teams on all orders.

Inventory Control:

  • Assist with cycle counts, receipts, and returns of frame and stock lens inventory
  • Process inter-shop transfers in the POS system
  • Confirm that tickets match the physical frame.

Requirements

  • A licenced Optician with management experience (Augenoptikermeister/in)
  • Clear and articulate communication skills with empathy towards customers
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Weekend and Holiday availability required.
