Take ownership of the commercial success of complex large-scale projects. In this role, you will drive project performance through effective cost control, forecasting, cash flow management, and commercial optimization while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and project leadership

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project
• Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling)
• Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management
• Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimization Show your expertise

• Successfully completed studies or training in the field of business administration or engineering technology
• Several years of professional experience in handling large projects
• Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFRS
• Business fluent in German and English
• High willingness to travel or keen to work on a construction site for a longer period of time (national assignment)
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrix environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating and communicating at all levels within an organization and with customers What we offer
