Chef de Rang (Waiter / Waitress) - Couqley French Brasserie

• As a Chef de Rang (Waiter / Waitress) in our Awarding Winning French Brasserie i.e. Couqley, you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for the guests.

• Ensures the guests are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.

• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality

• Service focused personality is essential

• Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining / stand alone restaurant is a must. 

• Good Beverage Knowledge is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
