Accountant & Admin – ICV | Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The position involves accounting, administrative, and In-Country Value (ICV) related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and financial documents
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform data entry and update Excel spreadsheets
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and organize documents required for ICV
• Maintain ICV records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Assist with reports, filing, and general office administration
• Ensure documents and records are accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting and administration
• Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
• Knowledge or experience with ICV (In-Country Value) is preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Available for immediate joining

Training

A 10-day on-the-job training program will be provided covering company procedures, accounting processes, administrative duties, and ICV requirements.
