Logistics Coordinator / Storekeeper

About The Role We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Storekeeper to manage inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and support supply chain logistics. The role requires hands‑on coordination of stock movements, accurate record‑keeping, and timely communication with suppliers and internal teams. This position is based on site and requires on‑site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile inventory levels, ensuring accuracy across all storage areas.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse layout and storage systems for optimal space utilization.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Implement safety and compliance protocols during all handling operations.
• Collaborate with procurement to forecast demand and replenish stock.
• Manage equipment and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with inventory software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of supply chain logistics principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
• Basic forklift operation certification.
• Multilingual capabilities.
