Green Vision Consultants L.L.C. is expanding our transportation planning team and looking for two experienced professionals to join us in Dubai.

1️⃣ Traffic Engineer

We're looking for a Traffic Engineer to lead traffic impact studies, signal design, and mobility assessments for projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct traffic impact assessments (TIAs) and feasibility studies
• Develop traffic signal timing plans and junction designs
• Perform traffic modeling and simulation (Synchro, VISSIM, or similar)
• Liaise with RTA and relevant government authorities on approvals
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering
• [3–6] years of relevant experience, ideally in the UAE/GCC region
• Proficiency in Synchro, VISSIM, SIDRA, or equivalent software
• Familiarity with RTA Dubai design standards and guidelines
• PTOE or PE certification is a plus

2️⃣ Parking Design Engineer / Consultant

We're seeking a Parking Design Engineer or Consultant to support parking studies, facility layouts, and demand analysis for mixed-use and commercial developments.

Responsibilities:

• Design parking layouts in compliance with local codes and RTA/DM standards
• Conduct parking demand and supply studies
• Develop parking management strategies for large-scale developments
• Coordinate with architects and civil engineers on integrated design
• Support client presentations and authority submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering or related field
• [3–6] years of experience in parking design or consultancy
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoTurn, and local parking codes
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred
