Interior Designer & Architect

to join us in Dubai.

Position: Interior Designer & Architect

Location:

Dubai, UAE

Experience Required:

·        Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design and architecture

·        Strong portfolio in

high-rise building projects is mandatory

·        Proven experience in detailed design development and execution drawings

·        Strong understanding of architectural and interior design coordination

Salary Package:

·        Final salary will vary depending on experience, technical expertise, and workflow contribution

Software & Technical Skills:

Candidates must be highly proficient in:

·        3ds Max

·        Corona Renderer

·        SketchUp

·        AutoCAD

·        Revit

·        AI tools

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong interior and architectural design concepts aligned with project requirements

·        Prepare detailed shop drawings, execution drawings, architectural drawings, and technical documentation

·        Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and presentation materials

·        Work on high-rise residential and commercial interior and architectural projects

·        Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders

·        Ensure design accuracy from concept stage through site execution

·        Conduct site visits and support project implementation when required

·        Select luxury materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and architectural elements

·        Coordinate architectural, interior, and technical design requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Requirements:

·        Strong understanding of space planning, architectural detailing, interior detailing, and construction methods

·        Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

·        Excellent communication and coordination skills

·        Strong attention to detail and design accuracy

·        Ability to convert design concepts into practical execution and construction drawings

·        Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design standards and construction practices

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Previous UAE experience in interior design or architectural projects

·        Experience in high-rise or large-scale developments

·        Strong presentation and client communication skills

·        Immediate availability preferred

·
