Mechanical Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure designs comply with local codes and standards

2. Oversee HVAC/ Plumbing project execution, ensuring that installations meet design specifications and quality standards.

3. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC and plumbing systems with overall building design.

4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals.

5. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

6. Conduct thorough inspections of MEP installations on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

7. Identify discrepancies between design intent and actual site conditions; propose corrective actions as needed.

8. Validate the quality and functionality of installed MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and firefighting systems.

9. Utilize knowledge of MEP Equipment’s to ensure proper selection and installation.

10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC / Plumbing systems.

11. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

12. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

13. Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and recommendations to project stakeholders.

14. Facilitate clear communication between the MEP department and other departments involved in the project.

15. Prepare detailed site validation reports, including non-conformance issues and recommended solutions.

16. Review MEP designs for technical accuracy, adherence to project specifications, and compatibility with architectural and structural plans.

17. Ensure designs meet local codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, local building codes).

• 5-6 years Gulf experience in Plumbing and HVAC works at Construction works.
• Valid U.A.E driving license preferable.
• Immediate joiners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
