Project Coordinator (Fit-Out & Joinery) 2-3 Years Experience

Fifth Avenue Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage coordination across both fit-out and joinery workstreams. This role sits at the center of the project — connecting clients, designers, engineers, and the joinery/production team — to keep fit-out and joinery elements progressing in sync from concept through completion, on time and within scope.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, design teams, engineering/site teams, and the joinery production unit across the full project lifecycle
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across both fit-out and joinery scopes, flagging delays before they become problems
• Schedule and follow up on client meetings, design reviews, and site/joinery coordination sessions
• Keep project documentation current — drawings, shop drawings, approvals, change orders, and correspondence
• Work closely with the joinery workshop to align specifications, materials, and timelines with the fit-out program
• Prepare progress updates and status reports for management and clients, covering fit-out and joinery together
• Support procurement coordination for materials and finishes, including joinery-specific items (veneers, MDF grades, hardware)
• Make sure client requirements are clearly communicated across design, engineering, and joinery teams
• Help resolve day-to-day project and production issues, escalating when needed
• Prepare BOQ’S as per requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination within fit-out, joinery, interior design, or construction
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage overlapping fit-out and joinery timelines
• Excellent verbal and written English (Arabic or Hindi a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools a plus
• Able to read and interpret architectural, interior, and joinery/shop drawings
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholders across design, site, and production teams

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
