Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Construction

Forma concept is looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to manage and supervise our interior design, fit-out, and construction projects in Dubai.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience, with at least 3 years of on-site experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven experience managing interior fit-out, luxury residential, villa, renovation, and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards, site procedures, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Ability to independently manage projects from mobilization and site execution through to completion, snagging, and final handover.
• Strong experience managing and coordinating:
• Site engineers
• Foremen and labor teams
• Carpenters and specialist trades
• MEP contractors
• Subcontractors
• Suppliers and vendors
• Ability to read, understand, and coordinate architectural, interior design, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Responsible for monitoring daily site activities and ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, progress reports, manpower requirements, material schedules, and site reports.
• Ensure materials are ordered, approved, and delivered on time to avoid delays.
• Strong ability to solve on-site technical and coordination issues efficiently.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high standards of quality control and finishing.
• Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and follow-up to ensure proper completion of all works.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to manage project budgets, control costs, and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously when required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work full-time on site in Dubai.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience working on high-end residential villas and luxury interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai-based subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and construction methods.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
