Junior Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Female Architect to design functional, sustainable, and visually appealing spaces. The Architect will collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project managers to develop architectural concepts and oversee projects from initial planning through construction completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Prepare presentations, 3D models, renderings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and oversee project progress to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Review project budgets, timelines, and material selections.
• Manage client communication and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Utilize architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools.
• Support sustainability initiatives and integrate environmentally responsible design practices.
• Prepare permit applications and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect or eligibility for architectural licensure preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
