Job description
A leading oil & gas organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Drillers to join its expanding onshore o perations .
If you have a strong background in land drilling and are committed to delivering safe, efficient, and high-performance operations, we would like to hear from you.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience is required
- Proven experience as a Driller on land drilling rigs
- Saudi experience is required
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, well control procedures, and HSE standards
- Experience operating drilling equipment while maintaining optimal performance and safety
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience managing drilling activities in accordance with operational procedures
- A proactive approach to safety, operational efficiency, and equipment performance
- The ability to lead and mentor rig crews while maintaining productivity
- Relevant industry certifications and well control qualifications
