Retail Operations Manager, KSA

About the role

Lead multi-store retail operations across KSA, driving sales, profitability, customer experience, operational excellence, and team productivity, while ensuring compliance with KSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Own sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across stores.

Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.

Ensure consistent store operations, SOPs, VM, and customer service standards.

Drive optical excellence, including eye-testing quality and customer experience.

Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance.

Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.

Monitor customer KPIs, complaints, and service quality.

Support new store openings, expansion, and location development.

Ensure KSA regulatory, Saudization, and licensing compliance.

Use retail data and analytics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Ideal Profile:

7–10+ years in retail operations; optical/eyewear experience is preferred.

Strong multi-store/multi-city KSA experience.

Proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Strong commercial and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Arabic & English is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management or a related field.
