Role Scope: Ticketing, F&B/Retail Applications
Required Profile: Ticketing Manager + F&B/Retail Application Manager
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science / Engineering Related
- Ticketing Solution Management Exposure
- Knowledge with API related integrations
- SQL Skills to support business operation
- Application Development Exposure
- 5 years of working with the EATEC/InfoGenesis POS Application or similar within a functional or techno-functional role
- F&B / Retail Solution Management Exposure
Essential:
- 3 years’ experience in managing the application they will be responsible for
Desirable:
- 3 years’ experience within the leisure industry
- 2 years’ helpdesk experience
Skills: API Integration , SQL Skills , Application Management
