Videographer / Video Editor

MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER & VIDEOGRAPHER – REAL ESTATE

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time, in-house

Real estate company is looking for a creative and technically capable Multimedia Designer & Videographer to produce professional real-estate videos, photography, graphic designs and digital campaign content.

The successful candidate must be equally comfortable filming properties and producing high-quality designs for advertising and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Videography and Photography

• Film property tours, community videos, agent presentations, interviews and company events
• Conduct regular property and project visits across Abu Dhabi
• Plan shots, lighting, audio and video storytelling
• Produce vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Create professional horizontal videos for YouTube, presentations and campaigns
• Capture professional property, team and event photographs
• Maintain company cameras, lighting, microphones and production equipment

Video Editing

• Edit videos from concept to final delivery
• Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, branding and calls to action
• Produce short-form and long-form content
• Create different versions and sizes for Meta Ads, Google, YouTube and social media
• Organize and maintain the company’s video and photography library
• Deliver content according to the agreed weekly schedule

Graphic Design

• Create campaign advertisements and social-media posts
• Design carousels, property announcements, invitations and event materials
• Prepare thumbnails, banners, brochures and presentation graphics
• Resize and adapt creative material for different platforms
• Maintain consistent RE/MAX Smart Concept branding
• Prepare basic infographics using accurate company-provided information

Team Coordination

• Work from briefs prepared by the Performance Marketing Specialist
• Coordinate with sales and listing teams for property availability and filming
• Prepare creative variations for campaign testing
• Make reasonable revisions based on performance feedback
• Maintain a weekly production calendar and meet deadlines
• Obtain approval before publishing or releasing final content

Required Experience

• Minimum two years of professional videography and graphic-design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and design capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent professional software
• Experience filming with professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment
• Strong understanding of social-media formats and advertising creatives
• Ability to work independently during property visits and office productions
• UAE real-estate experience is preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical test involving one short property video and one campaign design.

Applicants who only film or edit videos and cannot demonstrate professional graphic-design ability will not be considered.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
