We are looking for an active and motivated Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Call property owners to check unit availability
Source new properties for sale and rent
Collect complete property details, prices and photos
Post and update advertisements on property portals
Follow up with owners, clients and agents
Maintain accurate records of available units
Coordinate property viewings for the sales team

Requirements:

Good communication and calling skills
Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
Experience with Property Finder, Bayut or Dubizzle is preferred
Real estate experience is an advantage
Good English; Arabic is an advantage
Active, confident and target-oriented
