COASTAL MANAGER

Senior Coastal and Maritime Engineering role leading coastal modelling, shoreline protection, marine infrastructure, port and marina development, breakwater design, and dredging and reclamation projects. Responsible for managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, overseeing technical deliverables, and supporting business growth through project leadership and client engagement.

RESPONSABILITIES: Lead and manage coastal engineering design and modelling activities for marine and coastal infrastructure projects. Oversee technical deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review engineering studies, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards. Support business development activities, client engagement, proposal preparation, and the continuous development of coastal engineering capabilities within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Coastal/Marine Engineering preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in coastal engineering, marine infrastructure, numerical modelling, and project management. Strong expertise in coastal processes, hydrodynamics, sediment transport, shoreline protection, ports, marinas, and marine structures. Proficiency in coastal modelling software such as MIKE 21, SWAN, CMS-WAVE, and related engineering tools. Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities within international consulting environments.
