- Assist the Purchase Manager in handling day-to-day purchasing activities.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and related procurement documents.
- Source quotations from approved suppliers and compare price, quality, specifications, and delivery terms.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in purchasing food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, cleaning chemicals, kitchen consumables, uniforms, and other operational items.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, prices, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure purchases are made in accordance with approved company budgets and procurement procedures
- Manager store issuance and stock
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
