Project Coordinator

• Candidates with Degree/ Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation with minimum 3 years experience in handling similar jobs in UAE
• Update project plans, track daily progress, and follow up with team members on upcoming deadlines.
• Schedule stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, record accurate meeting minutes, and track assigned action items.
• Prepare and organize project documents such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Equipment Datasheets, Instrument Index, General Arrangement Drawings, Equipment Layouts, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) etc.
• Keeping an accurate track of safety permits, incident reports, and site compliance certifications.
• Act as a central point of contact for team members, clients, vendors, and the project manager.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and third-party inspectors while managing variations, invoices, and purchase orders.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
