Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator – Fresher to join our team. The candidate will support the sales team in client coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations to clients based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, sales team, production, and other departments.
• Handle client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Make cold calls to potential clients and generate new business leads.
• Maintain customer and sales records using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, enquiries, and client communications.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to prepare quotations and maintain records.
• Confident in handling client calls and cold calls.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in signage, printing, branding, advertising, or fit-out will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
