About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction, finishing works, and electromechanical contracting projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for project execution, quality management, and ensuring timely delivery of all contracted services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction and electromechanical projects from planning to completion
• Oversee finishing and interior works across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Manage pricing strategies and maintain updated market knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction and electromechanical contracting in UAE
• Proven expertise in cost estimation and market pricing
• In-depth knowledge of construction, finishing works, and electromechanical systems
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of UAE market rates and procurement practices
