Job Description – Joinery Storekeeper

Position: Storekeeper – Joinery Factory

Reports to: Factory / Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify quantities against PO and Delivery Notes.
• Store and organize joinery materials, hardware, accessories, tools, and consumables.
• Issue materials to production and site teams against approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update all incoming/outgoing transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages for purchasing.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Control project-specific materials and prevent unauthorized issuance.
• Maintain records of tools issued to employees.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials immediately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, labeled, and secure.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in joinery, kitchens, furniture, or fit-out.
• Good knowledge of joinery hardware and materials.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP systems .
• Good organization, accuracy, and responsibility.
• UAE experience preferred.
