Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hand Bead Worker to join our abaya production team. The candidate will be responsible for creating neat and high-quality hand beadwork and embellishments on abayas and other garments according to provided designs and samples.

Responsibilities

* Perform hand beadwork and embellishment on abayas and garments.

* Work with beads, pearls, crystals, stones, sequins, and other decorative materials.

* Follow design references, samples, and placement instructions accurately.

* Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and secure attachment of embellishments.

* Handle delicate fabrics carefully to maintain garment quality.

* Inspect completed work and correct any defects or loose embellishments.

* Complete assigned work within production deadlines.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.

* Coordinate with the designer and production team when required.

Requirements

* Previous experience in hand beadwork, hand embroidery, or garment embellishment.

* Experience working on abayas or modest wear is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

* Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

* Good understanding of different beadwork techniques.

* Candidates with relevant practical experience will be preferred.
