As an In-house Technician in the Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) department of Dieseko Group, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on heavy foundation equipment in the workshop in Sliedrecht.
You will work on hydraulic vibratory hammers, power packs, drives, and associated hydraulic and mechanical systems that are used in national and international foundation projects. The work consists of both preventive and corrective maintenance, where you analyze malfunctions, make diagnoses, and independently implement technical solutions.
Your tasks will include the following:
- Dismantling, inspecting, overhauling, and assembling hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components;
- Detecting and resolving faults in hydraulic and mechanical systems;
- Checking, adjusting, and testing power packs, vibratory hammers, and peripheral equipment;
- Performing measurements (pressure, temperature, wear) and assessing component condition;
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and documentation;
- Recording completed work and findings in accordance with procedures.
Your profile
- You have completed a secondary vocational education (MBO) level 3 or 4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field, or you have acquired an equivalent technical level through relevant work experience.
- You have demonstrable experience with mechanical and hydraulic maintenance, preferably on heavy equipment, industrial installations, or mobile machinery.
- You are technically skilled in inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- You can read and apply technical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and documentation in practice.
- You function well both independently and as part of a team, and communicate clearly with fellow technicians, team leaders, and supporting departments.
- You enjoy working accurately and are solution-oriented, with an eye for quality and safety.
