Logistics coordinator

The Role - Logistics CoordinatorAs Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for organizing and executing international shipments, coordinating with suppliers, internal teams and customers. You'll handle both the administrative and operational aspects of logistics: arranging transport, managing returns, processing orders, and ensuring customs compliance. You'll work with modern ERP systems, support internal projects, and help improve processes. You'll also take part in the team's shared duty phone rotation.

What You Bring

• Completed MBO level 4 diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or administration
• Living in the area of Rotterdam or The Hague
• 3 to 5 years of experience in international logistics, including customs handling
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics AX) and MS Office
• A proactive, structured and detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
