Job description

About C Teleport

C Teleport is a B2B SaaS platform automating crew travel for the maritime and aviation industries. Headquartered in Rotterdam, we’re a growing, international team working with operators and vessel managers in industries where getting the right people to the right place, on time, really matters.

We replace manual, agent-dependent booking processes with real-time, self-service travel management, giving crew managers more visibility and control over complex travel logistics.

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to help bring product and market stories to life through high-quality marketing assets.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is more than a copywriter. You should enjoy taking an approved messaging direction or positioning angle and turning it into useful, audience-ready assets across different formats. That could mean building a landing page, shaping a customer story, drafting a sales one-pager, creating webinar materials, or adapting messaging into social content and campaign assets.

You'd report to our Product Marketing and Content Manager, who will provide narrative direction and strategic guidance, but you should be comfortable taking that input and developing the asset approach, structure, and first draft with increasing independence.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build broad B2B content and product marketing experience while learning how messaging gets translated into real go-to-market execution.

What you’ll do

  • Help determine how a story should come to life for the audience, channel, and objective, and turn it into polished marketing assets

  • Turn one core asset into multiple pieces of content, adapted for different use cases and formats, including:

    • web and landing pages
    • customer stories and case studies
    • sales one-pagers and presentations
    • launch and campaign materials
    • webinar outlines and supporting assets
    • social media posts and promotional content
  • Brief and work with external designers and agencies to scale content production

  • Read the numbers on what you publish and bring your own view on what’s working

How we work

We're building an agentic marketing team. AI is part of how the work gets done here, not a side experiment, and everyone on the team uses it daily to do more than they could alone. You should be comfortable with AI tools and ideally fluent, with your own opinions about what they're good for.

What we're looking for

  • You’re a strong writer and editor who can make complex ideas clear, engaging, and useful
  • You’re comfortable working across formats rather than specialising in one type of content
  • You can take strategic direction and turn it into a strong first draft without needing a detailed brief
  • You have good judgment around how content should change depending on the audience, channel, and goal
  • You’re confident using AI as part of your day-to-day workflow, with good judgment about where it helps and where it doesn’t
  • You’re comfortable using data and performance signals to improve your work
  • You’re proactive, curious, and keen to develop your skills across content and product marketing
  • You can show us examples of strong content and marketing assets you’ve created, ideally for a B2B audience

Nice to have

  • Experience with SEO or writing content for search
  • Familiarity with creating content for B2B SaaS or another technology environment; experience working with travel, maritime, or aviation audiences is also a plus
  • Experience supporting product launches or integrated marketing campaigns

Good to note: We know great candidates don’t always tick every box. If this role sounds exciting to you and you think you could make a strong contribution, we encourage you to apply. We’re interested in seeing examples of what you can do (portfolios featuring work from internships, freelance projects, or personal projects are also welcome), how you think, and your potential to grow.

What you get

  • Stepping into a growing marketing team, with a manager who wants to develop you rather than just delegate to you
  • A real path to grow and specialise in content or product marketing as the team grows.
  • The opportunity to experiment with AI and help shape how an agentic marketing team works in practice
  • A hybrid setup with three days a week together in our Rotterdam office, working with an international team
  • 25 days of paid time off, plus 30 work-from-abroad days per year
  • A gross monthly salary in the range of €3,500–€4,500

Interview process

Please submit your portfolio together with your resume when you submit your application online. We are not able to review applications without a portfolio.

Round 1: an interview with direct manager

Round 2: a call with HR

Round 3: meet VP of Marketing
