You have a solid legal basis, strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of your work, while being eager to learn from more senior colleagues. You communicate clearly and are able to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. In addition, you have the following profile:* A Master’s degree in Law;
- Around 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained in an international environment, corporate legal department or leading law firm;
- You are fluent in English; fluency in Dutch is considered an advantage;
- You have a solid legal foundation and are eager to further develop your expertise in commercial contracting, corporate matters and M&A support;
- You are tech-savvy, comfortable working with digital legal tools and curious about how AI and legal operations can support efficient and responsible legal practice;
- You are solution-oriented, proactive and able to take ownership of your work;
- You are able to prioritise and stay focused in a dynamic environment;
- You are based in the Netherlands and are allowed to work here.
What can you expect from us in return?:
A challenging role within an ambitious and expanding international organization, with exposure to a broad range of legal topics and senior stakeholders. You will join a collaborative team where initiative, accuracy and a practical mindset are valued, and where you will have room to further develop your legal, business and legal operations skills. In addition, we offer hybrid working arrangements that allow you to balance office hours with remote work, supporting your work-life balance. When it comes to our terms and conditions, we offer you an initial salary in the range of EURO 56.229 - 77.315 annual including holiday allowance, with space for further growth. Further you will receive 33 days of annual holiday leave entitlement (with the possibility to buy 5 extra leave days per year), a good pension scheme and a bonus entitlement.
