As a Powerpack Assembly Technician, you play a key role in the production of our high-quality hydraulic powerpacks. You are responsible for carefully assembling complete powerpacks, including engines, hydraulic components and other technical systems. Thanks to your craftsmanship and attention to detail, only high-quality machines leave our production facility.
You will work in a dynamic production environment, involved in the complete assembly of a wide range of powerpacks. You will assemble both mechanical and hydraulic components and contribute to the development of innovative drive systems for our foundation equipment. Precision, quality and technical expertise are central to your work.
In this role, you will work closely with fellow technicians, engineers and testing specialists to ensure that every powerpack fully meets the highest quality and safety standards.
As a Powerpack Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling complete powerpacks, including engines, hydraulic components and piping.
- Building, connecting and adjusting mechanical and hydraulic systems in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions.
- Performing inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure the quality and correct operation of all components.
- Identifying, analyzing and resolving technical issues during assembly.
- Carrying out accurate measurements and inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the systems.
- Maintaining technical reports and assembly records.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the production process and contributing to the optimization of working methods.
Your profile
- You have completed an MBO-level vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Hydraulics or a comparable technical field.
- You have 2 to 10 years of experience as an assembly technician or in a comparable technical role.
- You have experience assembling engines, hydraulic components and mechanical systems.
- Experience in mechanical engineering or hydraulic systems is an advantage.
- You work accurately and carefully and have a strong eye for detail and quality.
- You have strong mechanical aptitude and an affinity with hydraulic systems.
- You are eager to learn, highly motivated and passionate about technology.
- You are able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
