métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 for one of our leading clients in Dubai, UAE.
This is a senior full-stack development role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across modern web and mobile platforms. The role will also involve software architecture, technical problem-solving, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing applications and systems.
- Follow software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and version control.
- Contribute to software architecture and design decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to the adoption of modern development practices, including microservices, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, RESTful Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Strong front-end development experience with CSS, TypeScript, React JS, Next JS, and/or Angular JS.
- Experience with Node.js for backend or microservices development.
- Familiarity with Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of application security best practices.
