About the Role

Nejoum Al Jazeera is looking for a Marketing & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge and experience in logistics, customs clearance, and the UAE local car market. The candidate should also be familiar with the major ports across the UAE and understand the related logistics and customs clearance procedures.

This position requires someone who can communicate effectively, coordinate with different parties, and understand the movement and clearance of vehicles within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, logistics companies, customs clearance teams, ports, and other relevant parties.
• Follow up on vehicle shipments, customs clearance, and related logistics procedures.
• Maintain good knowledge of the major ports in the UAE and their operations.
• Coordinate and follow up on vehicle clearance and delivery requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the UAE automotive and logistics market.
• Monitor local car market activities and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Support the Marketing and Sales teams with market and logistics-related information.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle movement and delivery.
• Handle other marketing, logistics, and business development tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, customs clearance, automotive, or related fields.
• Practical experience with UAE customs clearance procedures is required.
• Good knowledge of major UAE ports and their logistics operations.
• Good understanding of the UAE local car market.
• Experience dealing with shipping companies, customs, ports, transport companies, or vehicle-related businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple parties and follow up on tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in vehicle shipping, automotive logistics, customs clearance, car trading, or companies handling imported/exported vehicles will be highly preferred.
