Project Coordinator

We are a French company based in Dubai looking to urgently hire a Project Coordinator.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project schedules, work flow and project plans
• Help project managers monitor project progress
• To prepare detailed weekly and monthly work schedules and project plans

Requirements and skills

• License of a professional engineer
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Expertise in AutoCAD
• Proven working experience as Project Coordinator in a construction field with a minimum 4 years experience
• In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry and site activities
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, documents, and deadlines
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Fluency in English is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
