Eyelash Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Eyelash Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the eyelash industry and a talent for teaching. This role involves training beauty professionals and clients on various eyelash extension techniques, products, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for beauty professionals, staff, and clients on eyelash extension techniques, lash care, and product usage.
• Develop and implement training programs and materials (manuals, presentations, videos, etc.) focused on eyelash treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the eyelash industry to ensure training is current and relevant.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of eyelash products and application techniques during training sessions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the launch of new eyelash products by training teams and clients.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company eyelash products and communicate their benefits to trainees.
• Travel to various training locations or customer sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an eyelash educator, trainer, or in a related role within the beauty industry.
• Certification in eyelash extensions or a related beauty field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop engaging training content and materials specific to eyelash extensions and care.
• Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, lash care, and products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required for training events.
