Construction Manager (Ports & Marine)

Experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager with a proven track record in delivering marine construction projects.

Extensive experience in piling, quay wall construction, slipway development, pontoon installation, coastal protection works (rock works), and small-scale dredging.

Strong ability to lead and manage day-to-day site operations, resources, and subcontractors.

Skilled in planning, scheduling, and driving productivity improvements to achieve project objectives.

Experienced in coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and other project stakeholders.

Proven capability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Strong focus on ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Thorough understanding of HSE requirements and quality compliance within marine construction environments.

Effective team leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Committed to achieving successful project outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.

Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities.

Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Experience in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Valid UAE Driving License

Gained experience having worked on Abu Dhabi Ports marine projects
