Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to support the EPC execution of marine and coastal construction projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors and resources, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily marine construction activities and site workforce.

  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.

  • Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors, suppliers, survey teams, and marine plant operations.

  • Monitor productivity, progress, and resource utilization against project schedules.

  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues affecting project execution.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality requirements and ITPs.

  • Prepare progress reports, daily site records, and work completion documentation.

  • Coordinate material requirements and verify availability for planned activities.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and client requirements.

  • Support project planning, commissioning, testing, and handover activities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience within marine construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.

  • Previous UAE project experience is important.

  • Experience working with marine equipment, subcontractors, and site-based project delivery teams.

  • Familiarity with international construction standards and HSE requirements.

  • Previous experience working on Abu Dhabi Ports projects (AD Ports Group), including port infrastructure, marine terminals, quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, dredging, and waterfront developments, will be highly preferred.

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

  • UAE/GCC marine construction experience.

  • Experience working with EPC contractors on large-scale marine infrastructure projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple work front in a fast-paced project environment.
