Talent Acquisition Specialist (Rail & Metro)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with dedicated experience in the Rail/Metro sector to support a major railway client. Based on-site in Abu Dhabi, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering, technical, and operational rail profiles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to deliver specialized talent under project-driven timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized railway and metro projects—from sourcing and multi-stage screening (phone, technical assessments, live interviews) through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build, nurture, and maintain a robust talent pipeline of rail and metro professionals (signaling, rolling stock, track/infrastructure, operations, and systems engineering) within the ATS.
• Partner closely with project leaders, technical hiring managers, and client stakeholders to understand critical manpower planning requirements and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
• Oversee commercial negotiations, compensation structuring, and offer extensions aligned with project budgets.
• Ensure strict document compliance, credential verification, and administrative accuracy throughout candidate selection and client onboarding.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding and mobilization experience for local and international hires.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Proven track record managing full-lifecycle technical recruitment specifically within the Railway, Metro, or High-Speed Rail sectors.
• Location: Currently based in Abu Dhabi (or immediately available to relocate/work on-site in Abu Dhabi).
• Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is required (with own vehicle preferred for client/site visits).
• Availability: Available to commit to a 6-month contract with immediate or short-notice availability.
• Technical Sourcing: Demonstrated expertise in sourcing specialized engineering, signaling, safety, operations, and civil infrastructure roles within the rail domain.
• Systems & Tools: Hands-on proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping methodologies.
• Commercial & Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
