Clinic Manager

We are hiring for a Clinic Manager who is responsible for overseeing the clinic's daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, achieving financial and operational targets, and maintaining compliance with DOH healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and patient services.
• Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve complaints.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee inventory, facilities, and clinic resources.
• Support business growth through marketing and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a healthcare or clinic setting in Abu Dhabi
• Knowledge of DOH healthcare regulations is preferred.
