Employee Relations Manager

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture by managing employee relations matters across the organization. The role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, proactive conflict resolution, effective case management, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

The Employee Relations Manager partners closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, People Operations, Rewards, and business leaders to mitigate risk, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational effectiveness.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or professional HR qualification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).

Experience

• 8 years of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years specializing in Employee Relations.
• Experience managing investigations and complex employee cases.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment practices.
• Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations.
