Senior Technical Business Analyst Credits & Risks

The Credits & Risk team in the Application Management Services (AMS) is responsible to provide application maintenance (bug fixing) and small enhancements services for the functional area and all related topics for our SaaS clients.

Your key tasks

• Closely collaborate with the Team Lead, Business Analysts, and other Software Engineers

• Write solution designs for new developments and have them reviewed with our technical leads and architects

• Participate in client workshops and support our business analysts in requirements analysis

• Design, develop and maintain thought-out solutions within the team’s responsibility

• Improve and optimize existing functionalities

• Develop and maintain automated tests, quality insurance

• Take ownership and responsibility for your area of expertise

• To work with agile mindset, process, and ticketing platforms (Jira)

• University degree in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering/Mathematics/Economics/Finance or comparable education

• At least 5 years of work experience in the fintech or financial sector

• Business know-how in Credits applications, loans and the associated risk, overdrafts, interest calculations, etc. is a strong advantage

• Experience in managing Third Party Supplier and/or Outsourcing Providers

• Analytical, problem-solving, data-gathering skills

• Reliable, effective and service oriented

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Availability to execute planned or exceptional maintenance work during weekends and/or public holidays

• Availability for picket shifts with possible emergency interventions at night or on weekends

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Avaloq ACP Certification

• Italian, German or French language skills
