Job description

Join us as a Front Desk Associate in Berlin!

Founded and led by a team of passionate professionals, Mindspace is committed to creating an environment where top talent can thrive!

Take the first step toward your ideal team

About Mindspace At Mindspace, work doesn't feel like work.Since 2014, we've been creating flexible, design-led workspaces across Europe, Israel, and the US where people - startups, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads - can thrive. With over 15,000 members in 45 locations, we blend hospitality, style, and innovation so every space feels alive.

Why you'll love it here Because at Mindspace, people show up, take ownership, support each other, and keep things moving - even when things change.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you are the heartbeat of the location: the face at the front desk, the person who keeps things moving, and the first to notice when something needs attention. You'll work side by side with the Community Managers, get involved in everything from daily operations to member events, gaining real insight into what it takes to keep members happy and the space running seamlessly. If you like variety, people, and the satisfaction of a day well run - this is your kind of role.

Are you the ideal Mindspacer? You're switched-on and genuinely enjoy being around people. You handle a busy front desk the same way you handle everything else - calmly, efficiently, and with a smile. You pick things up quickly, juggle priorities without dropping them, and take pride in the small details that make a big difference. You know the city, you're curious about the startup world, and you understand that great service isn't a department - it's an attitude.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for members and guests - welcoming, present, and always ready to help
  • Run the front desk during operating hours, keeping everything organised and on track
  • Handle maintenance coordination, mail, shipping, supplies and equipment
  • Support the Community Managers on community tasks and take an active role in bringing them to life
  • Spot and resolve member issues before they become real problems
  • Help maintain the upkeep and smooth running of the space day to day

What We Need From You

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales or a similar hands-on role
  • Strong organisational skills and a natural ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English and comfortable communicating in German
  • A people-first mindset and a practical, get-it-done approach
  • Familiarity with the Berlin startup and business ecosystem is a big plus

At Mindspace, We Understand That Work Is More Than Just a Job. That's Why We Provide Our Employees With Exceptional Benefits, Such As:

  • Generous annual leave allowance
  • Meal benefits via a lunch card
  • Gift vouchers on birthdays and Christmas
  • Subsidized public transport subscriptions
  • Engaging team and end-of-year events

If you love creating great experiences, take pride in the details, and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about the people in its spaces - Mindspace is your kind of place. Please submit your application in English. Mindspace is an equal-opportunity employer. Check out our other roles in Berlin — your perfect match could be just a scroll away.
