Junior Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on operations role at a direct-to-consumer healthcare company, sitting at the intersection of supply chain, logistics, and process improvement. You'll support day-to-day operations that keep orders flowing smoothly to customers, and your work will have a direct impact on the business's ability to deliver on its promises.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.

• Analyse operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.

• Manage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels, and key operational metrics.

• Communicate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks as they arise.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 0–2 years of experience, with a background in consulting, strategy, or operations internships that exposed you to real business challenges.

• Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.

• Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments, with an understanding of customer fulfillment workflows.

• Proficiency with ERP systems, logistics management tools, or warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communicator, able to coordinate confidently across multiple stakeholders including producers, warehouses, and technology partners.

• Full fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €40,000 – €60,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

This is a fully on-site role based in Berlin, Germany.
